As we draw nearer to the celebration of Easter and the earth awakens from sleep, it is an important time for the people throughout the Dutch Country to hold in our hearts the memory of Peter V. Fritsch, the foremost contemporary poet in the Pennsylvania Dutch language, author, musician and renowned folk artist whose work celebrated the spirit of Easter like no other.
