BACON DRESSING
1/4 lb. bacon
1 egg
7 Tbsps. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/3 cup vinegar
2/3 cup water
Fry bacon until crispy. Mix well the egg, sugar and flour. Add vinegar and water. Add mixture to bacon and cook till thick. Serve hot over greens or let cool to room temperature and serve.
