6th Annual Lehigh Valley Food & Wine Festival will be held June 12 – 14, 2015 at Sands Bethlehem. This year’s event will feature:

  • Cooking Demo: Chef Chris Wilson, Emeril’s Homebase Culinary Director, assisted by Chef Tyler Baxter of The Bayou (Friday, May 29 at 2pm)
  • Wine Seminars with representatives from Antinori and Galen Glen Winery’s Sarah Troxell (Saturday and Sunday, May 30 and 31, at 12:30pm and 3pm)
  • Champagne and Spirits Tasting Room
  • Cigar Bar
  • Grand Tasting with an excellent variety of hors d’oeuvres, cold salads, plated samplers, sandwiches, and sweet treats — featuring over 20 over the area’s best restaurants!
  • Experience a fabulous weekend with a Grand Tasting featuring some of the Lehigh Valley’s premier restaurants and wine from around the world.
