The Foundry opens: Woodfire grill is the only one of its kind in PA – Foundry co-owner Eric Hoover reported that there are no other grills like this one in Pennsylvania and the nearest similar grills are located in Manhattan or Washington D.C. The new restaurant is located in the Lebanon Farmers Market.
